A Legacy of Healing: Malcolm-Jamal Warner
I was saddened and shocked to hear the news of Malcolm-Jamal Warner's passing.

He left an amazing legacy through a career that spanned 40 years.
40 years!!! since he first graced our television screens as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show.
I'm grateful for the gifts he gave us through his acting, poetry and music.
I smiled while remembering the episode of The Cosby Show when Theo wore the jacked up Gordon Gartrell shirt that his sister Denise made for him. 🤣

I'm also grateful that his legacy also includes his passionate commitment to make the world understand the burdens that Black men carry in this world.
He was determined to help Black men feel seen, heard and appreciated.
I love his talk on 'Being Vulnerable is a Superpower' because it is a call to action for Black men to embrace your humanity.
Even the shirt he is wearing during his talk is a call to action for Black men to focus on self love.
Heavy On The Self Love.
I want to offer my sincere condolences to his family, friends and loved ones.
I also want to offer my sincere Thank You to Malcolm-Jamal Warner for using your life and gifts to help heal this world.
Thank You for your dedication to helping Black men feel seen, heard and appreciated.
You left an amazing legacy of healing!
